What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all Jar’s Jam Accessories.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Please contact info@jarsjam.com to request a prepaid return label.

Once your Jar’s Jam Accessory is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Curious if the weight rack will fit your bike? Send us an email at info@JarsJam.com The dimensions of the part that slides over the bar are 1 5/8 x 1 5/8 inches - there is a set screw, so if your bar is smaller than that, it will sit tight. If you don’t think that one will fit, send me your dimensions and we will make you one!

Phone Tray

Place the black spacers on the bottom of the tray and Push down to ‘snap’ the tray onto the weight rack.

The tray easily glides on the weight rack allowing you to push it towards the seat to tuck it away, or pull it out to grab items

You can use the guide on the tray to secure your phone. You can place your phone vertically or horizontally and adjust the guide as needed. You can also not use the guide, and lay your phone flat on the tray.

Weight Rack

Remove the Weight Rack from the packaging and open the Velcro loop

Install the Weight Rack by putting the Velcro loop around the seat post and pulling tight. Be sure to put the foam side against the seat post to prevent slipping.

After the weight rack is securely attached to the seat post, hang the weight off the rack and enjoy your ride!
